Today, we had a great exercise deals with
allocating budget to different partners of the project. Allocating 20%-25% of the
budget of each WP to a professor as a team leader is very important. Because
PhD student need to be supervised by a professional leader and also project
needs a high-level CV.
We also reviewed proposals of other
students in another group and give them our comments. Also we got their feedback.
Writing a proposal is not an easy task where we have to briefly put all materials in a summary as clear as possible. Efficient writing, especially, in the
summary section is very important.
